SHOW ACHIEVES HIGHEST RATING, TOPS AMONG ADULTS 18/49 AND CAPTURES TOP SPOT ON STAURDAY NIGHT FOR CBS

Fans Vote Online to Make Coke Ad the Greatest Super Bowl Commercial of All Time


SUPER BOWL�S GREATEST COMMERCIALS, a new entertainment special hosted by Jim Nantz, anchor of the CBS NFL pre-game studio show "The NFL Today," registered the highest rating in the three-year history of the show with 6.9/11 HH, scored a 3.9 among adults 18/49 and won top honors it its time slot (9:00 PM � 10:00 PM) for CBS on Saturday, January 31.

Created and produced by Trans World International (TWI) in association with Robert Dalrymple Productions, the special featured a countdown of the top 10 greatest Super Bowl commercials of all time, with the Number One commercial to be revealed live at the conclusion of the broadcast.   During the special, the top 10 commercials were counted down and viewers at home were able to log onto AOL.com and cbs.com to select their favorite commercial.  Final results revealed that Coke (Mean Joe Green), Budweiser (Clydesdales look to zebra referee for replay) and McDonald�s (Jordan v. Bird) spots finished one, two and three among voting viewers. 

�The success of our �Super Bowl�s Greatest Commercials� show reaffirms America�s love affair with advertising during the biggest football broadcast of the year, said Robert Horowitz, Sr. VP & Director, US Television Sales and Programming for TWI.  �On-line voting gave the general public a voice in making history and the new format obviously worked very well in attracting adults 18/49.�

Also included in the special was the making of a Super Bowl commercial with director Joe Pytka, who is regarded as the "King of Super Bowl Commercials," and previewed some of the commercials featured during last nights broadcast of "Super Bowl XXXVIII."
