Tickets on sale for TWO WEEKS ONLY;
Sellout Expected as Championship becomes part of the inaugural PGA TOUR Playoffs

NORTON, MASS. (May 30, 2007)   Fans hoping to recapture the excitement of Tiger Woods' historic come-from-behind victory over Vijay Singh at last year's Deutsche Bank Championship must act fast to secure a place at this year's event, the most anticipated Championship ever.

Tickets for the 2007 Deutsche Bank Championship will go on sale Monday, June 4, for two weeks only. This year's Championship, which will include defending champion Tiger Woods and the top 120 players on the PGA TOUR, will be part of the inaugural PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup Tournament organizers expect that will further increase demand for the already-popular event, which has quickly become a New England Labor Day tradition, and they are anticipating a sellout.

This year's Deutsche Bank Championship ushers in a new era in professional golf, said Championship Director Eric Baldwin. The Deutsche Bank Championship has enjoyed a great atmosphere over its first four years thanks in part to some of the largest and best galleries on the Tour. Being part of the PGA TOUR playoffs will take the Championship to an entirely new level of popularity and excitement.

The 2007 Deutsche Bank Championship, which features a record $7 million purse and $1.26 million winner's check, will take place August 28 through September 3 at the TPC Boston in Norton, Mass. It is the second of four stops in the inaugural PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup and is scheduled to feature the following players, including world No. 1 and defending champion Woods, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen, Jim Furyk and the rest of the top 120 golfers on the PGA TOUR.
