TIGER WOODS, VIJAY SINGH & ERNIE ELS EXPECTED TO COMPETE WITH OTHER TOP PLAYERS FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE Norton, Mass., March 31, 2005 � The battle for the number one golfer in the world between Vijay Singh and Tiger Woods took center stage last year in the Deutsche Bank Championship. The two players will face each other again at the third annual Deutsche Bank Championship, Aug. 30-Sept. 5, 2005 at the Tournament Players Club of Boston. Golf fans who want to be a part of this unforgettable experience will have the opportunity to purchase tickets in advance beginning Monday, April 4 at 9 a.m. (ET). Daily, weekly, corporate and newly-introduced family ticket packages will go on sale. Tickets are expected to quickly sell out, as in the previous two years. In the first two years, the Deutsche Bank Championship has contributed $2.9 million to the Tiger Woods Foundation and New England local charities. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis for each day and are limited to 10 tickets per person. Advance ticket prices will be in effect until August 15 or until the event is sold out. Attendance at the Deutsche Bank Championship at the Tournament Players Club of Boston will be limited to 25,000 people per day. The Palmer Pavilion Michelob ULTRA 19th Hole Booklet costs $220 and allows admission to the Championship grounds and the well appointed Palmer Pavilion Michelob ULTRA 19th Hole for all seven days, Tuesday Aug. 30 thru Monday, Sept. 5th. The Palmer Pavilion Michelob ULTRA 19th Hole is an upscale marquee fully equipped with tables, chairs, TV's, retail food court and patio areas. Each booklet contains seven individual tickets, one for each day of the event. The Championship Weekly Grounds Booklet costs $130 and allows admission to the Championship grounds for all seven days, Tuesday Aug. 30 thru Sept. 5th. They are $25 per day for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and $45 per day for Friday through Monday. The Family Competition Pack - $150.00 The Family Competition Pack allows admission to the Championship grounds for one day, Friday, September 2nd through Monday, September 5th. The package includes four (4) one-day grounds tickets, four (4)food & beverage vouchers (value:$10 each), and one (1) pre-paid parking voucher for the Tweeter Center general spectator parking. Also new for 2005 is the Single Day Parking Voucher allows a patron to purchase, in advance, parking for one (1) vehicle at the Tweeter Center. The Voucher is good only for one day and is exchanged at the gate for admission into the parking lot from Tuesday, August 30th through Monday, September 5th. Parking is not reserved. All Parking Vouchers are transferable. The best ticket deal is a Championship Weekly Grounds Booklet, which can be purchased for $120 ($130 �if purchased on or following June 1). This package includes admission to the grounds for all seven days of the Championship (Tuesday � Monday). Championship week for the Deutsche Bank Championship begins with practice rounds Tuesday, August 30, and Wednesday, August 31, and a pro-am competition on Thursday, September 1.
